Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the person or business using the service) and Abdulfattah Youssif Kabayare, trading as YK Digital Marketing, who operates MarketPilot X at market-pilot.tech. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
• You must give accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• If you create an account for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on that business's behalf.
• One person may not create accounts to get around plan limits.

• Keep your password private and do not share your login.
• You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
• Tell us straight away at marketpilotai@gmail.com if you think someone else has access.

MarketPilot X is marketing planning software. It helps you record your business details, review your marketing, generate drafts and plans with the help of artificial intelligence, organise tasks and see the numbers you or your connected accounts provide.

The service gives you information, drafts and suggestions. It does not run your marketing for you, and it does not replace professional marketing, legal, tax or financial advice.

• Free — basic tools with a limited number of AI generations each month.
• Pro and Agency — paid monthly subscriptions that unlock additional features. Current prices are shown on the pricing section of the website and inside Billing.
• Where a trial or a limited founding-member offer is available, its terms are described where the offer is presented and in the Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. Full details are in the refund and cancellation policy.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• You agree to pay the price shown for your plan, plus any tax that applies.
• If a payment fails, access to paid features may be paused until payment succeeds.
• You can manage payment methods, invoices and cancellation from Billing.

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no spam, fraud, illegal activity, harassment, stolen content, attacks on the service, or attempts to reach another customer's data.

• Parts of the service produce text and recommendations using artificial intelligence.
• AI output can be wrong, out of date or unsuitable for your situation.
• You are responsible for reviewing everything before you use it — especially anything you publish, send to customers or spend money on.

You keep ownership of the business information, text, URLs and other material you put into MarketPilot X. You give us permission to store and process it so we can provide the service to you. You confirm you have the right to use the material you upload.

Subject to your plan and to any third-party rights, you may use the drafts the service generates for you in your own marketing.

The MarketPilot X software, brand, design and content belong to YK Digital Marketing. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or create a competing service from them.

You may choose to connect third-party services such as Google Search Console or Google Analytics. Those services are controlled by their own providers and their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or changes. You can disconnect an integration at any time.

• We aim to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages and problems outside our control can happen.
• Features may be added, changed or removed as the product develops. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you.

• You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the law, or that puts the service or other customers at risk.
• Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put things right.

This is important. MarketPilot X does not guarantee revenue, sales, customers, leads, Google rankings, SEO results, advertising performance, social media growth or business success. Marketing outcomes depend on your market, your offer, your execution and many factors outside the software.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for business losses, lost profits, lost data or indirect losses that result from using the service or from decisions you make based on its output.

Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including any consumer rights that apply to you.

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Malta, with the courts of Malta having jurisdiction.

If you use the service as a consumer outside Malta, any mandatory protections of your home country still apply to you.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The version number and dates at the top of this page always show the current version. If a change is significant we will make a reasonable effort to notify account holders. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
