Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses MarketPilot X, on every plan, including anyone you allow to use your account.

• Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging or list scraping.
• Phishing, scams or any kind of fraud.
• Creating or distributing malware or harmful code.
• Impersonating a person, business or brand you are not authorised to represent.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats or content that targets people unlawfully.
• Anything illegal under the laws that apply to you.
• Publishing content you copied from someone else without the right to use it.
• Copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property infringement.
• Deceptive advertising, false claims or misleading pricing.
• Fake reviews, fake testimonials or invented results.
• Adult content involving minors, or any content that exploits people.

• No attempts to access another customer's account or data.
• No probing, scanning or attacking the service or its infrastructure.
• No bypassing rate limits, plan limits or AI credit limits.
• No automated scraping of the service, and no reselling access without a written agreement.
• No reverse engineering or copying the software.
• No sharing one account across separate businesses to avoid plan pricing.

MarketPilot X produces drafts and plans for platforms we do not control — search engines, social networks, ad networks and email providers. Each of those has its own rules about advertising, content and messaging. You remain responsible for following them, and for any consequence of publishing content there.

You must not use the AI features to produce deceptive, defamatory or unlawful material, to impersonate real people, or to generate content designed to mislead consumers. See the AI Use & Transparency Policy.

If you believe someone is misusing MarketPilot X, email marketpilotai@gmail.com. We may warn, limit, suspend or close an account that breaks this policy, as described in the Terms of Service. Where it is reasonable and lawful, we will explain why first.
