Please note: this document is an operational draft written for how MarketPilot X actually works. It has not been reviewed or approved by a lawyer, and it is not legal advice. Items marked “for legal review” need professional confirmation for your jurisdiction.

1. Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing, needs no card and can be used for as long as you like. It includes the basic tools and a limited number of AI generations each month. Free accounts can be closed by you at any time.

  • Pro and Agency are monthly subscriptions. The current price is always shown before you confirm payment, on the pricing section and in Billing.
  • Payments are taken by Stripe.
  • Taxes may be added depending on where you are.

3. Recurring billing and renewal

A paid subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the same price, until you cancel it. Stripe emails you a receipt for each payment, and your invoices are available in the customer portal.

4. Trials and founding offers

Where a trial or a limited founding-member offer is running, its length and what happens at the end are stated where the offer is presented, before you confirm. If a trial converts into a paid subscription, that is stated up front. Founding places are limited in number and, once taken, are not re-opened.

If you hold a founding or lifetime entitlement, it is recorded on your account and continues to apply as described when it was granted.

5. Cancelling

  • You can cancel at any time from Billing, through the Stripe customer portal.
  • Cancelling stops the next payment. Your paid features stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • After that date the account moves back to the Free plan.
  • Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or your data.

6. Upgrading and downgrading

  • Upgrading takes effect immediately; Stripe handles any proration.
  • Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current period, so you keep what you paid for.
  • After a downgrade, features that belong to the higher plan stop being available, but the data you created stays in your account.

7. Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry according to its normal schedule. Paid features may be paused while an invoice is unpaid. Updating your card in the customer portal restores access once payment succeeds.

8. Refunds

We do not advertise an automatic money-back guarantee. If something has gone wrong — you were charged twice, a renewal caught you by surprise, or the service was not usable — email marketpilotai@gmail.com with your account email and the invoice, and we will look at it fairly and reply.

Refunds are not given for the time you have already used the service, or because marketing results did not meet expectations — MarketPilot X does not guarantee results.

Where consumer law gives you a statutory right to withdraw or cancel, that right applies in addition to this policy.

9. Billing questions

Invoices, payment methods and cancellation all live in the Stripe customer portal, which you can open from Billing inside the app. For anything else, email marketpilotai@gmail.com. Related: Terms of Service.
