1. Who is responsible for your data

Abdulfattah Youssif Kabayare, trading as YK Digital Marketing (Gzira, Malta), decides how and why your information is used in MarketPilot X. You can reach us at marketpilotai@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

This list reflects what the application actually stores today.

  • Account information — your email address, your name if you provide it, and your sign-in credentials (passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us). If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information Google returns.
  • Business profile — business name, industry, city and country, currency, budget, goals and similar details you enter during setup.
  • Marketing content you create — plans, tasks, posts, campaigns, calendar entries, notes and saved drafts.
  • AI conversations — the questions you ask and the answers produced, so your threads are still there when you come back.
  • Website addresses you submit — URLs you enter into the Website Analyzer and the analysis results.
  • Analytics you connect or type in — Google Search Console data for a property you connect, and Google Analytics figures you enter manually.
  • Subscription and billing metadata — plan, status, renewal dates and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach our systems.
  • Technical and security records — standard server logs and error reports used to keep the service running and secure.
  • Support messages — anything you send us by email or phone.
  • Cookie and consent choices — your cookie preferences and the version of the notice they relate to, plus a record of the policy version you accepted at sign-up.

Some of the app's working data (for example, plan drafts before you save them) is stored only in your own browser and never leaves your device.

3. Why we use it

  • To create and run your account and keep you signed in.
  • To provide the features you ask for, including AI drafts and analysis.
  • To take payment and manage subscriptions.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
  • To answer your support messages.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We only use your information for these purposes. We do not use it to train our own models, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

4. Who else processes your data

We use a small number of providers, only for the purposes described:

  • Hosting, database and authentication provider — stores your account and application data and runs the service.
  • Stripe — processes payments and stores billing details.
  • AI model providers — receive the prompt and business context needed to produce a response when you use an AI feature.
  • Google — only where you choose to connect Google Search Console or provide Google Analytics figures.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

5. AI processing

When you use an AI feature, the relevant text — your question plus business context you have saved — is sent to an AI provider to generate a response. Do not paste passwords, card numbers, health data or other sensitive personal information into AI features. See the AI Use & Transparency Policy for more.

6. How long we keep it

  • Account and business data: while your account is open.
  • After an account is closed: deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records (for example invoices for tax purposes).
  • Security and error logs: kept for a short period, then discarded.

7. How we protect it

  • Traffic to the site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS everywhere).
  • Data access rules are enforced on the server and at the database level, so one customer's records cannot be read by another.
  • Payment card data is handled by Stripe, not by us.
  • Administrative access is limited to the operator.

No online service can promise perfect security, and we do not claim to be “100% secure” or certified against any standard.

8. Your choices and rights

  • See and correct your business profile at any time inside the app.
  • Change cookie preferences at any time from the footer.
  • Ask for a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask for your account and data to be deleted by emailing marketpilotai@gmail.com.
  • Disconnect a third-party integration whenever you want.

We will ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

9. International processing

Our providers may process data outside Malta or the EEA. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place.

We choose established providers and rely on the transfer safeguards they publish for their services.

10. Children

MarketPilot X is a business tool and is not intended for children.
